Pop! Pop!Pop!

I could not end with out making a tribute to one of the most fun forms of gum out there.  They are small but are dynamite all the same.  Pop rocks are still at the top of my sugar coded list.  The fizz, crackle and pop are the percale of fun.  They start out as fire cracker candies and then become bubble gum. How awesome! I think back to the packed  kick ball games in the filed.  I stepped up to the plate and pulled out my package of pop rocks.  I dumped a hand full in my mouth and stuffed the package in my back pocket.  I kicked the ball way back in let field and ran the bases.  Those pop rocks fizzled my teams way to victory.  I still eat these before a competition for an extra edge. Ha Ha!

Cry Me a River!

Assorted types of gum also tickle my fancy.  This type a gum will most likely be passed out during Halloween.  The extreme sour punch will knock you out and surely bring you to tears.Cry babies assorted gums are hands down the best .  The individually packed gum balls cause an instant stampede when the kids see them.  I recall one Halloween when my friends and i were out enjoying trick or treat fun on a crisp night. We approached a large white house with blood red door. We would often guess the kind of candy by the appearance of the door.  A tall man in  a werewolf mask swung open the door and scared the bejeepers out of us.  He held in his hand a glass bowl filled with cry babies gum.  We rushed him and grabbed handfuls of gum to stuff in our sacks.  I still get a bag of cry babies during Halloween, to chew while watching horror flicks.

Make me happy!

Well my next candy phenom is one that all movies goers know well.  The strawberry or cherry flavors could always get a rise out of me.  I talking about the liquorish sensation twizzlers.  These sweet  and chewy straws have always been the pass time at baseball games and movies.  They are just the right consistency.  They are a companion to relaxation.  I remember hot summer days on the beach in Galveston TX. My colorful beach towel , sand bucket and a large bag of twizzlers at my side.  I eat these at least twice a month because I like theme so much.  They are also fat free.When I am dieting I can have one a day as needed. 

I Love them to pieces!

I enjoyed recently my all time favorite. The main two flavors in this delight is peanut butter and chocolate. Yes, you guessed it ,reeces pieces candies.  Go!!!orange and brown.  Chocolate and peanut butter are a match made in heaven.  These bite sized melodies  have the 3cs. They are creamy,crunchy and compact.  These have been one of my favorites since I was in pick tales as well.  I remember putting these on the checker board to play with then  the best part after whom ever wins we would eat them.  Around the time I feel in love with them the motion Picture" ET", came to theaters in 3D.  ET got a kick out of these little candies and so did I.

More Goodies!

My next delicious encounter was with the sour gummy life savors.  These chewy sensations are a sour/sweet party in your mouth.  These are my little stress relievers in a bag.  They come in tropical or regular flavors. They revive you after moving furniture and console you after a challenging test.  Life savers take me back to 3rd grade on the first day of school.  I was meeting new children and my mom put lifesavers in my bag.  I gave one to the boy in class and we became instant friends.  These gummy savers addictive as well.  I can eat an entire bag in one sitting.  I cant wait for my next encounter.
